Navigating the Candidate Database

Overview
The Candidate Database houses all archived and active job applications in one searchable, filterable view. Use it to revisit past applicants, export records, and restore archived profiles.

Steps

  1. Go to Recruit → Candidate Database.

  2. Use the Duration and Start/End Date pickers to limit by application date.

  3. Click Skills to filter by one or more skill tags.

  4. Enter any name or job in the search bar and press Enter.

  5. Click Export to download your current view as CSV.
