Overview
The Candidate Database houses all archived and active job applications in one searchable, filterable view. Use it to revisit past applicants, export records, and restore archived profiles.
Steps
Go to Recruit → Candidate Database.
Use the Duration and Start/End Date pickers to limit by application date.
Click Skills to filter by one or more skill tags.
Enter any name or job in the search bar and press Enter.
Click Export to download your current view as CSV.
Tips
Combine date and skill filters to find all candidates with a particular expertise in a given period.
Use browser bookmarks for your most common filter combinations.
Troubleshooting
No results? Clear all filters and try again; archived-only mode shows only “Restore”able applications.
Export button missing? Check your user role has “export candidates” permission under Recruit Settings → Roles & Permissions.
