Overview
If you’ve previously archived a candidate’s application but need to re-open their file, you can restore them back into active workflows.
Steps
In Candidate Database, locate the archived entry (it shows “These are archived…” banner).
Click on the candidate’s name to open their profile.
Click Restore Application (top right).
Confirm in the prompt. The candidate returns to Job Applications with their last status.
Tips
Restored candidates retain all original fields (Cover Letter, Skills, etc.)—no data loss.
After restoring, update their status or follow up immediately.
Troubleshooting
Restore button disabled? Ensure you have “archive/restore” rights (see Roles & Permissions).
Candidate not reappearing? Refresh the Job Applications page and clear any status filters.
