Filtering Candidates by Skills & Date

Overview
Quickly segment your talent pool by combining skill tags (e.g. “JavaScript”) with date ranges to see who has the competencies you need.

Steps

1. Click the Skills dropdown and select one or more skills.

2. Adjust Duration and Start/End Date to your target window.

3. (Optional) Use the search bar for names or job titles.

4. The table updates in real time.

Tips

• You can multi‑select skills to find candidates matching all chosen criteria.

• Clearing the date pickers will show all timeframes for the selected skills.

Troubleshooting

• Skills list empty? Verify skills exist under Recruit → Skills and are tagged on candidates.

• Results stale? Click Filters to collapse and re-open the pane, forcing a refresh.
