Overview
If you need to permanently clear out old/archive records, select multiple rows and delete them in one go.
Steps
In Candidate Database, check the boxes next to the records you want to remove.
From the mass‑action dropdown (No Action), choose Delete.
Confirm permanent deletion.
Tips
Export your selected candidates before deletion to keep a backup CSV.
Limit bulk-deletes to small batches (e.g. 50 rows) to avoid timeouts.
Troubleshooting
Delete option missing? You may lack “delete candidate” permission—update under Roles & Permissions.
Partial deletion? Some locked records (e.g. hired profiles) may not delete; handle those individually.
