How to Schedule and Track Follow‑Up Tasks for a Lead

Overview:
Never let a prospect slip through the cracks—create one‑off or recurring follow‑up tasks (calls, emails, meetings) right from the lead record.

Steps:

  1. Open the lead record and click the Tasks or Follow‑Up button.

  2. In the task modal, enter a Title (e.g., “Call John to review proposal”).

  3. Set a Due Date, Priority, and assign it to yourself or another team member.

  4. (Optional) Add a Reminder or make it Recurring (daily, weekly).

  5. Click Save. Track upcoming and completed follow‑ups in the Tasks tab.
