Overview:
Never let a prospect slip through the cracks—create one‑off or recurring follow‑up tasks (calls, emails, meetings) right from the lead record.
Steps:
Open the lead record and click the Tasks or Follow‑Up button.
In the task modal, enter a Title (e.g., “Call John to review proposal”).
Set a Due Date, Priority, and assign it to yourself or another team member.
(Optional) Add a Reminder or make it Recurring (daily, weekly).
Click Save. Track upcoming and completed follow‑ups in the Tasks tab.
Tips & Best Practices:
Link tasks to specific deals or opportunities for full context.
Use recurring tasks for regular check‑ins (e.g., “Monthly account review”).
