Capture every insight—meeting recaps, competitive intel, next steps—by adding free‑form notes and @mentioning teammates for collaboration.
Steps:
Open the lead and select the Notes tab.
Click + New Note, type your content, and use @username to notify a colleague.
(Optional) Attach files or link to other records using the Attach button.
Click Save; notes appear in chronological order.
Pin important notes to the top by clicking the pin icon.
Tips & Best Practices:
Keep notes concise and action‑oriented (“Discussed pricing tiers; follow up on budget”).
Use @mentions sparingly to avoid notification overload—only when you need input.
Pin only the most critical insights to avoid cluttering the pinned section.

Notes not saving: Ensure your browser allows cookies and try again.
Can’t see old notes: Check your filters (All vs. Pinned) and scroll to load more history.
