How to Add and Use Notes & Comments on a Lead

Overview:
Capture every insight—meeting recaps, competitive intel, next steps—by adding free‑form notes and @mentioning teammates for collaboration.

Steps:

  1. Open the lead and select the Notes tab.

  2. Click + New Note, type your content, and use @username to notify a colleague.

  3. (Optional) Attach files or link to other records using the Attach button.

  4. Click Save; notes appear in chronological order.

  5. Pin important notes to the top by clicking the pin icon.
