How to View and Leverage Activity History on a Lead

Overview:
See a full timeline of every interaction—emails sent, calls logged, status changes, file uploads—so you understand exactly where each lead stands.

Steps:

  1. Open the lead record and click the History or Activity tab.

  2. Use the Filter dropdown to show only specific activity types (Calls, Emails, Tasks, Proposals).

  3. Click any entry to expand details or replay call recordings (if available).

  4. Use the Search bar within history to find keywords or dates.

  5. Export the timeline as a PDF or CSV via the Export button for offline review.
