Overview:
If you can’t find a lead or deal you know exists, follow these steps to locate or restore it.
Steps:
Check Filters & Views
Go to Leads & Deals → Leads (or Deals) and clear any active filters.
Switch to the All or Archived view to see hidden records.
Use Global Search
Type the lead/deal name, email, or company into the search bar at the top.
Verify Permissions
Under Settings → Roles & Permissions, confirm you have “View Leads” or “View Deals” access.
Review Audit Logs
Go to Settings → Audit Logs, filter by record type, and search for deletions or changes.
Restore if Archived/Deleted
In the Archived view, select the record and click Restore.
Tips & Best Practices:
Save a default “All Records” view with no filters for quick access.
Encourage team members to archive rather than delete so records can be recovered.
