How to Tag Customers for Segmentation

Overview:
Tags are flexible labels (e.g., “VIP,” “Onboarding”) you can apply to customers for quick segmentation, filtering, and reporting.

Steps:

  1. Open a customer record in Customer Management → Customers.

  2. Click the Tags field (or + Add Tag) in the profile header.

  3. Type a new tag name or select from existing tags.

  4. Press Enter to apply the tag.

  5. Repeat as needed; up to 10 tags per customer.
